In a time of great change, how can we renew ourselves, develop and maintain resiliency and recovery, when all around us we see fear and uncertainty. Practices that support resilience and nurture a rich inner life help us to maintain our equilibrium despite the instability of rapid alterations in the outer landscape.
As the Medicine Wheel turns to Fall with the focus on being open to outcome, but not attached to outcome, we recover wisdom and objectivity, and practice effective communication and informational skills. We will learn ways to access our own inner guidance, enhance our own recovery process and renew our spiritual connection. So, join this exquisite faculty for a weekend of reflection and creativity. Prepare to be inspired and revitalized.
Presentations and activities will embody aspects of holistic health and will include information, experiential learning, and opportunities for application. Participants will experience sacred ceremony in the Native American tradition and cross-cultural wisdom teachings. Participants will also be provided with tools for connection, creativity and reflection. There will be ample opportunity for solitude in nature, if desired.
